Coding Support
We will endevour to assist you as much as possible, however we will not support with coding, this is down to you and your website developer.
If we have designed your website we will provide you with support on the code we provided, We will also provide basic support on scripts installed via Softaculous. That being said if it's a known issue we will inform you and you need to take it up with the developers.
