Cancallation Process
We can understand that you may have a number of different reasons to why you may have to cancel your service with us, of course we'd like to know if there is anything else we could of done for you or still can do for you, please let us know.
We do offer a 7 day money back guarantee that if you are not fully satisfied with the services you have purchased we will give you a full refund. Please let us know if there was anything we could do better.
However, we do understand that you may have to cancel, if this is the case you need to login to your client area and open a support ticket under the product you have with us, from here we can then get your finial date, and then cancel your service when you require. Once your service is cancelled we will remove your hosting account from our servers, at this point please ensure you have taken a backup and downloaded this to your own PC. We can provide backups, however there may be a charge for this.
