Backup's

Our server is backed up nightly via both cPanel and our R1 Soft backup system, that being said you should ensure you are running backups in your cPanel, we cannot be held responsible if one of our backup methods fail, you need to ensure you have copys also.

As we do run these backups we do no foresee any issues with either of our backup methods, but as a thrid method ensure you have one also.

Cancellation

No backups will be provided after you have cancelled your service with us, this is totally at our descression if we provide a backup after cancelling, we reserve the right to charge a 10 administritive fee for a copy of your backup files.
