We are aware of an on-going issue with some of our services provided from our Newcastle Datacenter. This is down to a failure of the Air Handling Unit, which provides cool air into the building. As such the Datacenter team have manually turn off services to attempt to reduce the heat within the building. All of our servers are HPE hardware and have temperature sensors to ensure they operate within certain parameters.

Currently the servers are pulling in air hotter than they are designed to work with. We are currently in constant communication with the datacenter and a team of engineers are working to restore the Air Handling Units to full capacity.

We will post a further update as we have it.

These are now resolved as of 17:00
